Certain requests require a specific follow-up date/time. Rather than expecting the agent to set this each time, you can use a trigger to set that without the agent's involvement.
Create a new trigger: Settings > Triggers > Add Trigger
Apply any conditions that you require. For example, you may want this trigger to execute each time a ticket is created and has a certain tag.
Notify target "Myndbend Ticket Reminder - Set Reminder" with the Message like so: <due date in hours>|<reminder time in minutes> (eg. 24|15)
Replace "<due date in hours>" with the number of hours to add to the ticket's creation date or update date (which ever is latest) in order to come up with the due date/time. In the example above, we want the due date/time to be set 24 hours after the ticket was last updated.
Replace "<reminder time in minutes>" with the number of minutes you want to be reminded before the due date/time. In the example above, we want to be reminded 15 minutes before the due date/time, which is 24 hours after the ticket was last updated.
